Rca LED46C45RQ, 1 bad HDMI and no HD using cable

I picked this tv up last night. It has 2 HDMI inputs. HDMI 1 works, HDMI 2 doesn't.
Using an antenna I can pickup HD channels, when o hook up coaxial cable and go into settings, select scan for channels, it doesn't find any HDMI channels only non HD ones.
I'm figuring the mainboard is bad. I can't find one either on shopjimmy or eBay.
    It is part number 46RE01M3393LNA35-G2.

I've accessed the service menu and there is an option to upgrade firmware but there isn't any at the RCA website.
Should I 'bake' the board, reflow the cpu with my hot air station?

Here is a picture of the back of the mainboard.
The tv was made in July of 2014. Pretty pathetic. There isn't even an option to turn down the led backlights in the menu.
I found the option in the service menu, where 99% of users wouldn't know to look.

Fixed it with a used mainboard.

main IC bad. Baking etc wouldn't help there. See how the 2 HDMI ports go directly into the main IC? Glad you got it fixed though...

Still doesn't get hd channels with time warner cable over coaxial. It does with the antenna, so I assume it's the way it is.
