Element Plasma TV ELCHW402 Picture Flashing

Hi All,

I have a Insignia Plasma with the following video/picture symptoms.

Symtoms
-grainy snowy picture
-4 inches or so missing vertically (right side) black strip
-fades like lava lamp
-picture flashes bright white a few times, then back to the beginning of symptom list

Suspicion buffer boards?

Any input would be appreciated.

Who made the base chassis?--It'll say on the back of the PDP.
--Better give us some pics of the boards and the whole chassis...

My guess is its a LG X3....

Hmm--scrap that. You first list a plasma set--Then an LCD....
