Vestel VES315WNDB-02 firmware needed

Hi, i have Končar TV 32'' set with 15 standby led blinks, no picture and no backlight shows up. PSU-17IPS11 and MB-18MB82S, are the models of the boards inside.
I have read that most times it is needed to reflash flash memory, but cant find the roms anywhere. Voltages on STBY seem okay 12V, 2.4V, 5V and inverter goes to 99V when set is powered.
Tried the "freeze" trick using canned air on flashroms but set didn't boot

Anyone seen problems like this?

Hello are you sure theres no picture on the Lcd ? Switch the Tv on and use a torch to see if theres an image but no backlight. Normally failed firmware on this will only cause the set to be flashing the standby Led nothing else.

Watch this video can help test the set, sounds to me like you have a failed Led in the screen not the firmware:

+1 as ReeceyBurger123 said, even with a torch it can be difficult to see an image on the screen if not light source is not bright enough.

Exactly, tried the Torch test but couldn't see any picture, well off to panel disasembly and leds checkup.
Will inform you what happens

Also watch my 17mb82 flashing Led repair video I advise you follow that video and do the same steps on this Tv as shown in the video its also on my channel.

Will probably scrap few good LEDs from broken screen TV that i have layin around, hope they match
