currently running at 200v should it be maybe 209

any particular reason it needs adjusting? Very rare to have to adjust anything.

Reported 194V but my 50" is about 203V. where are you getting the 209V from?

To my knowledge they're preset and there is a Low and High adjustment in the service menus.
