samsung un65hu7250f turns on no backlight

This came in originally the customer said that he turned it on and the screen flashed but no picture. I turned it on and got backlight no picture and found it would not turn off. Checked the fuses on the Tcon and found F2 7a/125v was open, replaced with a 7a 125v fuse and it did not open but now I have no backlights unless I disconnect CNM803 from main. Voltages on CNM803 are as follows
5 .9v 11 thru 15 13v 21 5v 8 thru 16 are 13v 22 is 5v and 24 is 3.5v all others are 0v. CNL802 2 thru 10 are 126v 3 thru 7 are 8v and the rest are 0v. I am thinking the main board may have taken out the tcon so I need both but would like some input before I tell the customer.

As you get Bl with Mb unplugged that means the Psu, Led driver and Leds and working ok. Likely your Mb is failed here, possibly got hit with a surge as the fuse blew as well and they dont randomly blow.

That is exactly what I am thinking. At least the parts are cheap.
