Could someone help me diagnose this? This TV works when powered on but after 15 seconds, the picture is gone. Sound is still present. Power off tv and power back on the cycle repeats.

Shine a torch onto the screen and press menu on your remote and carefully look to see if you can see anything on the display. Move the torch around.Willing to help but I'm no expert. -

Yes it's the tcon. Found two shorted transistors

'Red circle: 1117 0910DG' That is 1117 series regulator IC, not transistor.
'Yellow: L176 950 145', (need verification on those numbers) That is also IC, that is why the desigantors are labeled as ICxxxx.

Have you measured the secondaries and primary resistance of each of the inverter transformers to see if the circled one is different.Willing to help but I'm no expert.Comment

Did you take that plastic holder out with the power board?
I'm not sure but doesn't that plastic hold the tubes in place behind the screen? Or is this a different model and I'm mistaken?Proud owner of dozens of broken TV's and many,many,many boards.

This is from my son’s gaming computer that at first had minor overheating issues when playing a very intense game with it causing the computer to crash or reboot
Then bough a new motherboard and a new computer case that a cooling system in it already installed also brought the cooling system for this video card but now the issue with it is that it randomly rebooted screen goes blank randomly and suddenly video freezing or started with video being there then blank screen and then the video comes back or it just stays blank for a while and then maybe it will come back but it... -
