    Continued Troubles- Toshiba 32AV500U

I mentioned this TV in another thread.

    Thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=52781

I have replaced the inverter board, and still no backlight. And now no picture. I have done the voltage check on BOTH the Master and the new Slave board. Now, I have, like, 0VDC before and after the fuse on both boards, and, yes, I DID have both boards plugged in. It's like, first just no backlight, and now no backlight and no picture, AND there was a video input connected. It's still responsive to the remote, though. Also, when doing the voltage check, I noticed that the voltage is bouncing between 0.00VDC and 0.1x VDC on both boards. It's like the boards are trying to start up, but they are almost immediately shut down, and then they restart, doing it again. I think the Master board has failed. WHY is it doing this? WHY would replacing the Slave board cause all these problems? WHY would the TV no longer display a picture when it did earlier!? PLEASE HELP!!!
Don't buy those $10 PSU "specials". They fail, and they have taken whole computers with them.

So without the inverter boards connected to the power supply board what DCV do you have on the power supply connector between the main board and the power supply board, and on the connectors that go to the inverter boards?

Master inverter board failure. Either replace the shorted MOSFETs or replace the board.

Well that did not jive with what you have found before, the fuse for the MASTER inverter was not blown but the Slave inverter did have blown fuse:
