samsung UN60EH6003F Can I repair T-Con?

Hey Guys, I have been reading quite a bit on and off for years here! I will start off by saying I am a hobbyist. It's hugely satisfying and hugely frustrating!!
I am hopeing someone may be able to help me with some schematics for this chassis and maybe some help with common failure points of T-Cons...?
Voltages off the pwr supply is good,Sound is ok , backlight is on, this tv has a rep for tcons ...so I am fairly confident its shot.

I have been able to repair one tcon with a shorted cap( in parallel with 6 others).But that was pretty easy to locate.
The fuse on the tcon is fine. I was poking at some caps and noticed there were 2 caps in series( so it seemed), there were 4 caps total that displayed this: when grounded to the frame with my dmm the voltage would start at around 5vcd and then slowly drop down. Then after looking around the board a bit and going back to them they would be around 3.5vcd and then drop down as long as I had my lead on them. Is that a bad power supply? The feed power going to the tcon is 12.68vdc....
Am I ahead of myself? Is that a good place to start?

I would REALLY LOVE the manual for this!!
Also, I have an ESR meter coming and a component tester to help me in my turmoils

Anything is repairable if you can get a circuit diagram and this is where the problem lies , the more modern a set is the less repairable it is because the manufactures dont supply any circuit diagrams for the simple reason they want you to buy a new set , your only hope with this is if you can find datasheets on the chips used on the T con board , best of luck .

F100 (fuse open)
- CD 12 (capacitor short-circuited)
- QD1 (MOSFET transistor short between Drain's & Gate pin)

that are often defekt in ES-Serie T-Con Boards

Downloaded a manual that was supposed to be a service/troubleshooting manual with diagrams.....It is a joke....WTF $13 down the drain....

Very difficult and just about impossible to get the diagram of the T-CON board, but as suggested by oters, you can get the IC spec so at least you can see the app notes diagram on how the ICs are used, I do that all the time when no diagram for the boards are available.
I can see may be 5 switching power supplies on that T-CON, you can get the IC spec for the IC7100, IC301, IC302 so you can check to see if they are putting out any Voltages.

Hi Bud, Thanks for the reply! I tried looking up IC7100 for 30 min or so...could not find the exact component. I did find something that led me to believe the chip ZI found would measure voltages? The updated picture is what I have so far...
BTW ...the wiring diagram I got with the download was just the cables going in between the boards!!!! I was so happy.....,then so pissed, when I opened it
