    Samsung 32" LCD TV le32R86 BN41-00813e BN94-01472K

    Hi all,
I'm trying to fix my LE32RB86 LCD TV.
I changed all caps on the power supply board but the TV still has problems.

When the TV is cold it takes 20 minutes to start before correctly shown the image. In this 20 minutes what you can hear is just noise and the red led continusly blinking and the blu light under the samsung brand switching between on and off.

What I understood is that if I heat the CPU board with an hairdryer the TV starts quite immediately.

Do you have any idea about what I can check on the CPU board?

I attach some picture of board.

    Thanks,

    Luca

    On the Mainboard--

(Assuming its a Bordeaux-Plus)--marked on the top by the universal interface socket

There's a Large tin box. (NOT the one with antenna socket on,--The other, larger one) You'll need to remove the cover, and under there next to a large processor-chip, there's two smd 1000uF 10V caps. Cant miss 'em they are the only two 1000uF inside that box.

    --These will need replacement.

I use standard through-hole parts, usually Chemicon or Rubycon low-impedance types 16V 1000uf to replace.

You Have to refit the tinwork cover--as it forms the heatsink for a few chips, so the caps need to be laid down by side of the chips, or use proper smd low-impedance or poly/os-con caps....

Thank you. I changed both 1000uF caps and all is ok now.

I had a startup problem, like snow and made 3-4 reps until the TV was working properly, I changed the 2 1000μf / 10v capacitors that are next to the cpu and all OK. Thank you very much .

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?
              by Tynan Dill
I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

              Assuming...

Hi, this is my personal laptop, which the original board (lets call it Board A) blew up PU8700 (TPS51486), making a hole on the board, i had left the laptop at my desk one day with the battery fully charged and didn't touch it for a week, but when i tried to turn it on it didn't
Thought the battery was dead, so i plugged in the charger then tried to power on, the power LED blinked once, charged LED still orange, unplugged the charger, plugged in again and I noticed the "magic smoke" smell, so i unplugged the charger, removed the back cover and saw the blown IC (the "magic...

Upgrading a Samsung ue55nu7096u with logic board from an ue55ru7105k -- good idea?
              by ohren
I hope this is the right forum to post in despite not technically being a repair, but still a question of swapping boards.

I thought I'd explore the possibility to upgrade an existing working Samsung ue55nu7096u with the logic board (and power board if needed) of a newer model (ue55ru7105k) of the same size and appearance (and resolution). The reason being I'd like the extra inputs of that board including component in, an extra HDMI port and bluetooth. Its panel is broken so I have no use for the board otherwise.

The models launched in 2018 and 2019 respectively....
