    Olevia 252fhd-t11 no video has sound

    Hi guys,
    I've been messing with this thing for 2 days and no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated! It's a 52 olevia lcd. The problem is the TV turns on and works great from anywhere from 5 minutes to a hour. After that the screen goes black but the sound remains. If I hit the power button it'll turn off. I hit the power button again it'll turn on a work fine again (screen and sound) for another 5 minutes to a hour. I know olevia went bankrupt and these are probably junk, but does anyone have a idea on what to look for in this thing?

    Got it into a dark room.. Tried a really bright flashlight and I can't see no picture or nothing moving. I turned a movie on via my Xbox. Stayed on for about 30 minutes and then the screen flashed off and sound continued. Thats when I attempted to use and flashlight and couldn't see anything.

      I think you may have a problem with the inverter boards or the CCFL. You can measure the transformers on the inverter boards and compare them with each other. There should be no more than 3% difference between the transformers.

          I am facing a strange issue, I don't have any sound over my internal MacBook speakers and also the video won't start. If I change to my head speaker or via HDMI (speaker on my external Display) the sound works over the head speaker or Display and also the video starts (ex. youtube).

          All happened after the battery ran out of power overall several days when I was on vacation.

          I tried to remove the battery and then reconnected the battery, and then the MacBook Pro 14 2021 won't accept any power from my power socket. Then I removed one speaker, connected again the battery...

          Audio video receiver KENWood KR-V990D,no sound

          When I select the FM receiver, I find a radio station, the sound is heard on REC OUT(L,R), REC TAPE1(L,R),REC TAPE2(L,R) on high-ohm headphones, the sound regulation does not work.
          The output reacts when I connect the record player to PRE OUT FRONT L, the sound is heard in the speaker but the sound regulation does not work. Then it does not matter what I chose on the front selector.
          I replaced the capacitor C303/0.047F, nothing changes.
          I'm asking for help, what should I do next?

          Good morning everyone,
          I'm trying to repair an onkyo ht-r390 that has no sound output, despite the volume being at maximum, the rest seems to work; the video output signal (coming from an hdmi input) is present, but the audio is absent. Similar situation if I send an audio signal from any input I have no output.

          The firmware reported is the following:

          The DSP firmware given the question marks seems corrupt.

          Good day ladies and gentleman!

          I am currently trying to repair a Grundig Vision 9 37 9880 T USB LCD TV for a friend that has a weird audio problem. Basically everything works fine except for the heavily distorted sound when the Subwoofer module is connected and there is a buzzing sound coming from the PSU PCB.

          This seems to be a rather rare TV so there is not much prior on topic help to be found however a service manual is available at the usual sources (Electro Tanya i.e.).

          I think the PSU buzzing comes from one of the coils near the bridge rectifier but...
