The TV would not turn on, but was able to do the factory reset using the buttons with the onscreen menu. Screen turned green and then said to unplug for 30 seconds and plug back in to finish the reset. Upon waiting 30 seconds, the tv no longer has any power? Has anyone ever heard of this. Any ideas, maybe bad power supply?
