Samsung LE-40R88BD turning off and on

    hi
wondered if anyone can help I have a Samsung LE-40R88BD which turns on and off, ive changed nearly all the capacitors on the power board and replaced the eeprom chip but no change, the screen doesnt fade as normal,
the image almost distorts before going black hope fully the pictures might help, ive fixed a few samsung tvs with bad capacitors which is why i was confused with the eeprom replacment not fixing the problem any ideas would be much appreciated

    Jump 5vstby with PS-ON

And also jump 5vstby with BL-ON

Backlights should now come on and stay on.
Check all voltages are accurate to the main board.

Could be a poor solder joint. I have fixed a couple of TV where power would come on and off by itself. I resoldered everything on the power supply heat sinks and it fixed the problem. Its worth a try.
