Strange Red/Orange in 50inch Plasma

I just replaced the Y sus board in my Samsung Pn50A400 Plasma set.
Beautiful picture after it warms up.. but for the first few minutes there is a orange or red "ghost" image over part of the display. I think it is something bleeding over because you can see some type of image there faintly.
I took a picture of it just before it was gone.
It is of a local newscast with some joker behind the newscasters outside a window. Ignore that.
Look at the top of the blonde's hair and up just above her in the corner of that window. That red should not be there.

Probably not serious but it bugs me until it goes away. I might mention this is off air without much of an antenna. However picture is beautiful after a warmup period.

Today I tried a DVD with hdmi and the problem still there so guess not related to tuner. And it can be all colors.. red, blue, green but red seems to be most prominent. Kind of looks like contrast is way to high but reducing it does not help.
When at its worst (set cold) you can almost see images floating in the colored sparkles. That makes me think interference of some type. I am pretty close to our local translator but with no ant attached? And why would it change after set warms up.

Typical old/worn-out plasma-panel. What you're seeing is Mal-Discharge and poor refresh.

If the image retention is permanent--then the screen has burned and cannot be cured.

Could try adjusting SET_Up/Dn slightly, might help the pinkness when cold--but could then cause issues when hot. only cure--Replace plasma-panel.
