TUCSON TL3204B11/2 bliking LED or no LED

Hello everybody,

I need some help with a Vestel crap TV.
The original problem was an intermittent one, when I plug the TV, no led at all.
Sometimes it starts, and freeze (no remote or keyboard control) after 20sec, then shutdown. After few unplug/plug, the TV stay stable.

But since yesterday, I have no LED or Bliking LED, no start at all.

TV is TUCSON TL3204B11/2
PSU is 17PW07-2
MB is 17MB62-1
Pannel is some LG, the stickers hide the reference.


I have 387V on the primary caps,

+12 11.88
+24V 24
+4V25_STBY 4.17 (a bit low?)
+5V 5.06
VCC_AUDIO 12.2
VCC_3.3V_ON 3.39


If I short BL_ON/OFF with 4V25_STBY, the BL works.

On the MB I measure :

1.8v on U176
1.3v on U173
2.5v on U175
3.3v on U1



I don't know what to do next.
If someone can help me, it would be nice

Sounds like corrupt firmware to me, quite common on these crappy Vestels. Will see if I can find a flash for you.

Thank you for your answer, I've already searched for a firmware, but can't find one, and I have no idea how to flash it since the TV doesn't start anymore?

The TV does nothing now, no LED at all, any idea?

check led ? they do/can fail

I didn't test the LED, but I have 0V on it when I plug the TV, and TV doesn't not start, just a noise on PSU
