OK, I found pictures of the board AY128D-4SF51 which looks really close to your board AY128D-4SF11.
As you can see, CON3 has the pin labels on the bottom side of the board, so I need to know what the Voltages are (yo post the Voltage readings but did not assign pin numbers or the pin name with the readings).
I need to find out if you do have >2.5VDC on pin 5 (PS-ON) or not, and the Voltage readings of the rest of the pins.

This one is cut off on the top, I am trying to see how the small green daughter board pins are connected to the main power supply board.Leave a comment:

I need to trace out the circuits, so I am looking at the closed up pictures I requested to get some ideas how it works.Leave a comment:

I check all of the board and nothing is brown or brownish under a magnifying glassLeave a comment:

The two white pieces are plastic tabs that hold the clear plastic over the back. I can take take closes up of different sections of the board if that will help.Leave a comment:

Second pic top left corner, seems to be some SMD components that have a different brownish colour? Can't read it, as the pic is a bit blurry. Is that white round sticker for decoration?Leave a comment:

Can you take really good clear straight shot pictures of the whole top side and the bottom side of the power supply-LED driver board?Leave a comment:

Meter is set on DC. When CON1 is unplugged 011.1 mV then peaked at 2.06v drops to .639v DC. It is like no voltage is coming from or going to T2F with or without con 1 connected.Leave a comment:

Re: Proscan 50" PLDED5066A-E no backlights
con1 has 5 pairs of LED's. You can test them separately, with variable bench power supply, however with the LED's being behind the diffuser, a bad LED can be easily missed.
I am looking for a very quick ramp up in power on con1. To rule out the backlight, you may have to take it apart.Leave a comment:

Is there a way to test the LED strips without taking the panel off. If so how. Thanks again for all the help.Leave a comment:

Re: Proscan 50" PLDED5066A-E no backlights
When powered on with leads on con1volts start at -011.4 mv peak at 1.880 V then drop to .639v. The earlier post has the first reading as .639 mv and it should have read .639 VoltsLeave a comment:

by max789Hello, I have a problem with my Samsung UE48H6410SSXZG with the main board BN41-02156A and the power board BN44-00709A. Everything seemed like this, the TV could no longer be switched on, the standby LED always flashed 5x2 times. Backlight was off and no sound from TV. Also made the flashlight test and there was no picture.
I made the following tests:
1. Disconnected the main board from Power Board = backlight works.
2. Connected the main board and disconnected the T-Con = backlights does not work.
So I ordered a main board from Ebay also BN41-02156A but from... -
by bpcannan'Morning,
I get sound and picture when powering on the TV and its stays that EXCEPT that the left half of the screen will dim every few seconds then return to normal while the right side of the screen performs as designed.
Did the soft and hard reset options pulling the plug, using the reet option in the vizio menu to no avail.
I checked the mainboard - found some popped capacitors so replaced it - but that did not change the situation.
I checked the t-con board. It is getting good power. Then I removed one ribbon cable to see if I could isolate... -
by htv239Hello,
I am currently troubleshooting an LG 60UH8500 TV (2016 TV). Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Overall Issue: When TV is turned on, backlights all come on for about 10 seconds, then all go out. There is sound and there is a picture on the display (obviously hard to see without backlights, but it is there).
What I Have Done So Far: 1) Removed the back TV cover to expose the boards (Power Supply, Tcon, and Main), 2) blew out any dust and cleaned all connections, 3) Noticed that the LED backlights are fed from two separate connectors... -
by Francesc V.Hi:
i am trying to repair this Christmas lights from my parents. They are incandescent lights, no led lights.
I have tried with 12V a 24V small lights that I found in Aliexpress but is obvious that are not the right ones. They last microseconds connected. Do they blow because of Amps or Volts?
If I measure the Amps in the string........it's only 90mA. If I measure the Volts in the "green box"......it's between 0 and 190V, but doing a little bit of maths from the number of bulbs in series.......it's only about 6V per lamp.
Could... -
by jesteraceHi everyone I have this TV which was dead one day when I tried to turn it on. I've had the cover off and there was just a pulsating/electrical clicking/ticking noise from the PSU. I disconnected the mainboard as sometimes this works to just fire it up with backlights on? That didn't help. Same noise. Then I disconnected the backlight cable from the PSU and the TV came alive. It appeared to respond to the remote and i'm pretty sure it's fully operational when there is no backlight connected.
However, I am in a dilemma.
I tested the backlight outputs with the lights disconnected... - Loading...
