Great news!
I managed to fix my samsung permanently after years of glitching out giving the earlier mentioned error, then it would work again after voltage probing around the PFC without a real insight into why it fixed the problem. Anyway, it usually worked for a few days before the procedure had to be repeated.
I fixed this permanently by resoldering a broken wire in the PFC where it is bent 90 degrees before going into one of the coils. The wire was so worn it would sometimes be open circuit and give the error blinking. Then by touching the PFC it would close the circuit again and work for a short while. After locating the culprit wire with continuity check of all the pfc wires I stripped away the insulation in the problem area and applied som solder to it. It's been working for a year soon without glitching and still beating. Yayyy!
