Dafault Service Menu settings for Samsung (UE40D5000)

Hi,
I wanted to have Netflix on my Samsung TV (UE40D5000) but ended up with the mess in the Service menu so TV was not able to boot , i did a EEPROM Reset by opening the back panel, Anyone can help me with the Pictures of the factory data settings in the Service menu so that i can manaully put all values back.

Hi Guys,

Please help with my request , To go to to the service menu just Power off the TV using Remote and then press info+menu+mute+power and you will be able to see the Service menu take the screen shots and send me .

There isn't likely a way to set this back as most won't have the values but u could always source a replacement main board that will solve all the issues
