got this sony bravia to repair

It had no standby led, yet power supply had 3.3v standby on power supply connector so from what I had looked up this had to be AV main board.
bought a new board, and when it came there was a connector ripped off the board with 8 out of the 9 pins still on the board, had a full refund and told to keep the board, so to be sure it was the AV board I jerry-rigged this board up, and it worked as seen in upload pics
the problem is that its menu etc is in Russia, and I do not know how to turn it to English, if I can do this I will have ago at fitting another socket
I looked a factory reset and it says I need remote control and power button on tv, problem with that is I have a duff p/button board, and don't want to spend £10 on that if I cannot fix this
