LG 26LC46 Distorted Image

This TV came in for repairs because of no power. I have replaced to caps: 1x 1000uf 35v and 1x 3300uf 10v

Everything now works but the image looks like this:



Now after few minutes, the image becomes:



If I let the tv cools down, the image restarts. Sound still playing.

reseat all the cables on the T-con. Either its the T-con or bad tab bonds on the panel.
