westinghouse tv SK-32H750D No Power, No LED, Nothing.

my neighbor had a westinghouse tv SK-32H750D that he gave me.

It has no lights, no power, no anything. He says he "thinks" it was struck by lightning but not sure. I pulled the cover off and was looking for signs of gross voltage overload and it looked fine, no blown or swollen capacitors, brown spots or charred components of any type.

my readings are from the power board to the inverter is "from right to left"

I messed around with it again today, and tried paying special attention to the cable bends and all the components on the mainboard, etc. and noticed that the dvd player had been pulled out of it at some time, odd. l

Neighbor said he didn't know, that he picked up on CL and didn't even realize it had a dvd player. Not sure I understand how Im getting power at the board but no lights at all on the front of the screen. Nothing not even a standby or yellow light of any type. I push the button and I get nothing.

Check all the pins on the PSU as you have shown in picture #4. Is the STBY light coming on? Try shining a flashlight into the screen. See if it maybe has audio and just no video etc.
