    Bush LED 24127FHDDVDW standby flashes 5 times

    Hi, Have above tv, cant find receipt, maybe over year old.

    It wont turn on, standby just flashes 5 times, then repeats.
    Turns on sometimes if you do the wait 30 secs with power button pressed, remove plug etc.

    Have change the diodes, D9, D25 D10 with Ultrafast diode UF5402 3A 200V 50NS, didn't have tec knowledge/equipment to check, so changed them all.

    Board is Vestel 17IPS61-3

      i have the same board, same/similar issue.. LED standby just flashing, turns on repeatedly but goes straight back off, hear a slight "whine" from center of the board, after replacing all caps other than the big 400v one, i decided maybe it's the inverter/transformer but the "whine" is still present with new one. "whine" is not constant, only as if it's charging, it stops, tv comes on, back off, few seconds and repeats process!! highly annoyed lol. someone must have some good solid info on what we can do!! i have at present Fluke 115 so if any tests i can do with this would be great.

          Vestel boards are NOT the best, ive been looking for vestel 17mb95s-1 23150412 for a good while now with my ebay search for about 3mths bringing back naff all

              Hi, I was recently given a Bush Smart TV by a friend and the main board seems to be hanging on by a thread.

              Before we get to that, my first obstacle was figuring out the model number since the back sticker has gone for a walk. Upon taking off the back case, I noticed the following Vestel parts, 17MB95m mainboard, 17IPS71 (what I'd assume is power supply) and a VES420UNVL-3D-S02 display panel. After doing some research I think the TV I have is a Bush ELED42240FHDCNTD3D, based on the matching image here (https://www.manualslib.com/manual/11...td3d.html#manu...

              Hi all,
              First time trying to fix a TV for a friend, it's a Bush DLED32165HD.
              Power Board - 17IPS11
              Mainboard - 17MBS82S
              Panel - VES315WNDB-02

              Red blinking standby light is on steady, press power button on remote and light flashes 7 times then stays steady, press power on remote again light flashes 10 times and then goes off.
              Checked all the voltages on the power board inc backlight circuit, they all read ok and are stable. Backlights tested with backlight tester and all work fine (2 strips x11LED on each).
              No picture, backlight or sound just blinking...

              Hi everyone, I have a Samsung NP750QFG-KA3DE , MainBoard VESTA3-15 BA92-24515A

              the battery is charged. pressing the power button the blue LED flashes 3 times and then stays blue. then the sequence repeats.
              the fan does not start.

              I noticed that I have no power on the processor and it does not heat up. could it depend on the bios?​

              any advice on what to check?

              Hi,
              I'm facing this issue since this morning. When I try to power it on, the CAPS lock light flashes 7 times (or 6 if not counting the first one when the power button is pressed). The charging light is always on as if the laptop was connected to the charger. The issues started gradually where it would flash the light but after trying multiple time it would power on. I tried to open it and I noticed one coil "1R0 2127" gets hot when the charger is connected. Note: the charging light directly comes on when the battery is connected or the charger is connected.

              hello there,
              I am trying to fix a Walker 40 TV - it has Vestel 17IPS71 3R3 as PSU and 17MB82S for logic.

              How I got here...
              The TV had shorted USB connector, which I fixed. TV turned on. Ran for a few hours on HDMI input. Started to see some dark dots/patterns on the screen as seen on the photo.
              I restored to factory setting. The TV has rebooted only to a blinking standby LED. It sat there for a number of minutes after which I disconnected it.
              Now, after plugging it back in - there is not even a standby LED.

              My 17IPS71 provides 12V, no standby...
