    Samsung UN55B8000 clicking

I have picked up this TV and trying to repair it.
It is the mainboard the problem, I have concluded that, by removing the main harness and the backlight it's turning on.
I'm measuring components on the mainboard and I can't figure out where the problem is.
I have heated up a VDO close to the main harness connector, which it seems like it is delivering the 3.3V which is not switching on an off, which is weird.
By heating it up, eventually the clicking will stop. When I monitor this voltage, it will drop toward 0V then the clicking stops. As soos as I remove the heat, the 3.3V comes back. I will have to turn on the TV again the clicking to return.
The enable input gets 5.3V even when the TV it id in standby, which is weird, no? It should go high, when I turn on the TV.
The VDO designation is JJ=N1J, it could be a SOT-23-5 VDO of 3.3V?
I have found this info at the s-manual site. I don't see the 3.3V marked on the component, though.
By the way what kind of components are the BD ceramic capacitor looking ones? They measure 0.2Ohm.

If there is a plug in the slot in front of the CM network chip on the mainboard unplug it and power on the panel.

    See picture.

I have read about that and everything is unplugged, that is not needed, even the T-con cable.
Only the main harness and the power on harness is plugged in.

This is the regulator and the BD components(the hole row of them).
There are a couple of components at the bottom too, a transistor a couple of resistors and capacitors.

BD: they are very small inductor ferrite beads.

Thanks Bud, that makes sense, since they show like a fuse.
I'm sick of these clicking Samsung issues.
There is a common cause for this issue?

If I heat up this VDO and the output voltage drops and as soon as I remove the heat, the voltage goes back to 3.3V. This VDO is bad?
Without heat, it just goes on an off 3.3V.

Can we see the close up pictures of this VDO, and pictures that will show the traces leading to this VDO?
Since the TV is clicking so the PS-ON is swinging HIGH and LOW too then in sync with the clicking of the power relay?

Ps_On reaches only .8V, but if I remove that wire from the connector, shows only a couple of milivolts.
Yes, the voltage clicks together with the relay.

So we need to find out how that PS-ON control line is connected to.
If you can disconnect just the PS-ON wire so the power supply will boot up by forcing it on or what ever, if there is nothing wrong with another sections of the main board then you should be able to get the TV to function normally, if the TV still does not work then you have more than PS-ON problems.

It won't start up, by forcing the PS.
It looks like, I need a new mainboard.
