problem with TCON t370hw02 v402

hi

i got a bad image on samsung tv. it has tcon board t370hw02 v402
i measured the gamma voltages. the 1st one was 15 v but almost all others were missing. So i changed as15-f gamma ic. But after replacement there was same problem. so is there anything else that can be bad, or maybe the replacement ic was defect? any idea?

Check/replace 20 ohm resistor R242 close to VGMA REF, or try another AS15-F.
