Chassis numbers is usually written on a label near connectors, in the rear side, or in the manual.
If it shuts down after a few minutes, some components may overheate or be already damaged by overheat: if I were you, I'd detach the tv from mains, open it and clean it from dust. I would look for unstable or cold solderings (the main transformer is a source of heat), burnt areas on pcb, broken components and so on. The manual should have some circuit diagrams you can look, but I'm not into schematics. I can't help more, perhaps somone else can.
Beware: capacitors can retain the charge for hours (don't touch them) and the high voltage cable form the main tansformer to the crt should be never removed.
ZandraxHave an happy life.

by StephenMacBook Pro 14" M1 Pro Turns on functions then turns off when I plug in USB C cable to reset the computer. I disconnect the battery fully and then reconnect it and it won't turn back on. After letting it sit for a day I plug the battery back up, and the MagSafe 3 cable and it powers on and stays ons, once I plug in a USB C cable into the port closes to the MagSafe port it turns off and the Amber light turns off and won't turn on. No water damage, nothing, I want to do a DFU restore to wipe the computer since the customer stated they did an update and ever since it just decided to not work...

by ZixuTechSeems like we are dealing with a case of a corrupted BIOS after Intel Driver software attempted to flash the bios (haven't seen that before). The customer reported seeing a BIOS message while the screen was flickering during the Intel Display Driver installation. This was while the BIOS WRITE lock jumper was in place. Resulting in Loop restarting.
Afterwards, the customer attempted flashing BIOS via USB stick, resulting now in turning and immediately shutting down unit NUC8I7HNK4.
Under the thermal cam, I can see that the CPU is initiating a heat signature for a second...-
