panasonic tx-p50c3b 7 blinks wont turn on

hi all I got. panasonic tx-50pc3b
it wont switch on and has 7 blinks
ive tried finding a short on the ss and sn boards
but cant find one

any ideas to determin the fault
ie tests to carry out to find this fault

Could you post some clear pictures of the tv? ( backside ).
