Panasonic TC-50PS14 Shows only a quarter of picture

Hello guys,
I picked up a tv that had 7 blinks error code. Repaired SC board (replaced like 25 small components). 7 blinks error code is gone, tv turns on normally but it shows only a quarter of picture (see pictures attached).

After trying multiples times I believe the tv gets on protection mode because I start getting a 12 blinks error code. After unplugging the tv for a few minutes, plug it back and I get the quarter picture again and the tv will stay on

Any ideas or suggestion will be much appreciated.

Debating if I have a defective buffer board, address board or main board. The picture that you can see looks washed out.
Any thoughts?
