    Samsung LT27B300 no sound

    Hi,

I have acquired a Samsung LT27B300 LED TV which I was informed that the sound does not work. The picture works fine.

I tested it and found that the sound is indeed faulty as the speaker would give out a quiet pop or crackle every so often when sound is supposed to be played. I dismantled the TV and looked at the AV board paying p[articular attention to the speaker connector and all seemed OK and there isn't anything obviously wrong.

This TV doesn't have a headphone jack or indeed any audio out so I cannot test an alternative output.

I have attached some pictures of the AV board and hopefully someone can use to guide me diagnose and fix the audio issue. Thanks.

We need higher res pictures of the main board so we can zoom in on the parts on the board.

Any ideas at all what the problem could lie and where to start checking?
