Could you try to find the fault just as Petehall347 did with heating and cooling areas of the board.

No metal shield on my main board other than the TV tuner can - I assume this is not what you are (were) talking about?

Did you have any luck with this one? I've just picked up one with what appears to be very similar symptoms. I haven't opened it up yet.

    UA32C6900 continuous restaring

    Hi everyone.

I have a Samsung UA32C6900 with a BN44-00355B power supply and BN94-03562J main board. The tv powers up, runs it's jingle through the speakers then turns the back lights on with an image on the screen (faulty colours but that's probably another issue). After a further 2 seconds the unit shuts off and then goes through the same cycle as if powered up again.

I've measured the 5 volts and 12 volts from the P/S and they seem ok. It just gives up the ghost after two seconds of running the led back lights.

Some web hunt about this problem has come up with similar stories that make me think either the eeprom on the main board may be corrupt or the power supply may have an issue. It's just two seconds is an awfully long time if feeding into a fault before deciding to give up, so I am going to try and discount it by disconnecting the main board and jumper the supply to on.

I was just wondering before jumping right in if anyone has seen this type of sequence before with a UA or UE 32C series Samsung and what it might be.

    Thanks.

Help Needed: Samsung UE55MU8000 Dead - Possible Main Board Issue
    by Asraf Atb
    Hi everyone,

Im looking for some advice regarding my Samsung UE55MU8000 TV with main board model BN94-11606C. The TV suddenly stopped turning on and now shows no signs of life at all not even the standby light at the bottom.

Initially, I suspected an issue with the PSU, so I took it to a repair center. They tested it and confirmed that the PSU works perfectly, even on other TVs. Based on that, I started investigating the main board.

I disconnected the main board from the PSU, and the backlight turned on, which seems to confirm the main board is the issue....

Compatibility of main boards between different variations of samsung MU6100
    by JSin21
    Hoping someone here could possibly help. I have a few questions in regards to compatibility with main boards. But I'll give a quick short run down on what's going on first;

I have Samsung Smart TV UA65MU6100WXXY version DA01

Now years ago it started intermittently playing up after a lighting strike. Lighting hit the block of units i was living in at the time. Ever since that night the TV started having a mind of its own, It would randomly turn itself off or on, and all inputs stopped responding like HDMI, aerial, but USB still worked. Anyway, over the next few months...

Compatibility of Samsung Y Main boards LJ92-01732A no rev vs rev AA2
    by Yanleb
Hi, I did look everywhere to know if Samsung Y Main boards LJ92-01732A without rev marking is compatible with LJ92-01732A rev AA2.

If they are not compatible why did Samsung give them the same part number to begin with?

Samsung HG75EJ690UB Hotel TV, change main?
    by elpatxi_bcn
    Hello!

I just got a Samsung TV model HG75EJ690UB 75" and 4K. It is a hotel TV, with a slightly different version of the Tizen operating system than the TVs at home.
Being a hotel, it is covered in many functions. With the service menu I can unlock some, but not others. For example, I can't install apps like Netflix etc...
The fact is that it seems that I can replace the main by a, say, "normal". I think the one that corresponds is NU7105, ref BN94-02635. At work, which is a convention center and a hotel, I have many TVs from 55" to 85" that...
