    Panasonic TC-P50G25 4 Blink Code

Hi guys this is my first post on this forum so be easy on me if I don't follow the guidelines perfectly this first time :P. I had just recently gotten a "dead" Panasonic TC-P50G25 and had a 10 blink code, when I started testing today though it had changed to a 4 blink code. So following the procedure in the 2012 - FHD Plasma TV Troubleshooting Handbook (attached below) I believed that the A Board is faulty and needs to be replaced. When I went to do a second test I saw that I had a 10 blink code ... it changed :O So I went through again and this time I had determined that the SS board was faulty. I began to doubt my limited knowledge and turned here for help. I was wondering what the correct procedure is to test something like this and how to use the multi-meter properly because if I switch the connectors I get completely different readings (for example should the black or red connector be touching the ground??) Any help would be great and tips would be appreciated as well, because as you can see I know next to nothing. Thanks a lot for the help guys!!!!

SC board most likely shorted at SC2, check buffers as per the 2010 guide, resistance tests and moduslinkpts does repair/return of the sc
