Samsung LN46C630 vertical lines and power cycling

Hi guys, I've seen a lot of people posting issues similar to mine but not exactly the same.

We were watching TV tonight, nothing wrong at all with it up until this point. Suddenly the screen develops red/pink vertical lines all the way across the screen. This happens on all the inputs. The video is still visible behind/between the lines. I unplug the TV for 30 min while doing some initial research. I come back, plug it in, and now its essentially boot looping in addition to the vertical lines.

So now I've removed the back panel. When I disconnect the cable between the power board and the mainboard I get a lit screen, no vertical lines, no rebooting.
    Reconnected that cable.
Next, I detach the cable between the mainboard and what I believe is the TCON located at the bottom. Now when I power it on I get a lit screen, no vertical lines, BUT it starts the power cycling again.

I've inspected the power board and the motherboard and I don't see any blown capacitors. I've also successfully stripped one of the screws holding the cover for the TCON so I'm not able to inspect it.

If anyone can give me some direction on this I'd appreciate it.

    Sounds like bad main board.

Well, great. It would have to be the most expensive part and the one I can't find. I see shopjimmy around here a lot but they're all out currently.

Colorful LCD Vertical Lines on Samsung ue55es8090
          by Falki
Hello there, ive recently found an older 55inch Samsung SmartTV.
Sadly it has vertical lines at the left and one line in the middle-right.

I have already tested out the connections and have looked at the soldered ribbons of the LCD panel to see if some contacts got loose by pushing them a bit but with no success.
I have factory resetted the TV as well but also with no luck.

I am afraid that it is indeed a LCD Panel issue but there are NO scratches or any impact-marks..

A similar issue has been posted as well but also with no actual response ...

          Screen Display Vertical Multicolor Lines
          by Stanley1843
Hello, I have a screen in where sometimes when I open it pop-up vertical multicolor lines (I would say the most of them are green). If I tun off and turn on the screen the lines dissapear or if I leave open the screen after approximately five minutes the lines gone. I measured the below voltages on the main PCB and on the T-CON board and the voltages are the same when it doesn’t display the vertical lines and when it displays the vertical lines. Also, I cleaned all the connectors very good with IPA. I moved back and forth the connectors and the COF tabs but the vertical lines didn't displayed...

          Samsung UN46C8000XFXZA vertical bars/horizontal lines
          by x_orange90_x
I posted about this previously but didn't get any response, and I have some troubleshooted a bit so I have more info.

The screen is full of horizontal "gaps" or lines that distort the picture badly, and after about 10 seconds of powering it on the screen starts to fill with red vertical bars that take on the horizontal pattern. After the screen filled with the red bars, they instantly vanished and then slowly started to reappear. I initially thought it was tab bonding failure, but after getting down to them and pressing each one I find zero change in the picture. I went...

Thin stable coloured vertical lines on Samsung UN65NU6900FXZC come and go
          by polaro
          Greetings,

I've bought a used Samsung UN65NU6900FXZC LED TV. It worked fine for some time and then developed, at first, a single very thin (1 pixel) vertical stable blue line, from top to bottom, close to the left edge of the screen. Now it's 3 lines on the left. When I connect HDMI sources the number of the thin lines grow. After disconnecting and cold discharging I am back to 2 lines. The lines disappear at a rate of 15-20 minutes per line. So it does not look like a damaged LED panel. Any advice? Thanks...
