this sanyo lcd when i hook it up to hdmi 1 or 2 on the screen it will say
please use pc audio input for dvi connection
i dont understand

Try doing a full reset to it, possibly via engineer's menu...

'DVI' (Digital Video Interface) was the forerunner of HDMI where it didn't support audio, and had to have sound connected via a 3.5mm jack normally. HDMI was its replacement format including digital audio streams....

Set is somehow interpreting HDMI as DVI--Like me--Its dazed and confused!

Check the settings menu for HDMI audio input.
