This TV has rapidly blinking green status LED. It does not pause and there is no pattern. I can't seem to find anything relevant online about it.
Opened it up and it all looks good on inside, nothing popped out. When powered main relay kicks in and I can read 3V, 12V and 21V, but I cannot get 24V from the board. So, I got another board from reputable seller, but same exact thing is happening.
Now there is a lead between PS and main board that reads "backlight-on-off" and same lead between PS and inverter board. Now, I am not sure if this lead in a command lead (ei turn on the backlight an 24V) or just a response lead (ei backlight is on or not) In any case there is no voltage on those leads. See pictures...
I am not sure if I got bad board and 24V should be on no matter what, or it just turns on when it is told to; and the rapidly blinking green LED indicates some other fault. I am not reading any shorts on any other components as far as I can tell. Any thoughts as what I should do?
