Samsung LNT5265fx psu both fuses blown

i really want to fix this nice TV. it has no scratches on the screen and it seems like its just the PSU. i can only find it for around 100$ so i would like to try to fix the PSU first before that. i dont think im going to find a 52 inch samsung like this with a good psu and a cracked screen to swap psu's anytime soon so this is a good one to learn on with a big reward (for me anyway) if i can get this going. where do you start when you have both fuses blown?

for some reason i have a gut feeling that when fuses are blown, a simple cap replacement probably wont fix it?

You need to post good clear pictures of both sides of YOUR boards.
First item to check would be a bridge rectifier or a goup of 4 diodes.
Also search for Dim Bulb Test which is useful in not causing more damage.

Any Idea if it was hit by electric surge or lightning strike.
Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair
