Acer M230A black screen

Hello everyone. I have an Acer M230A and I was using it as my primary PC monitor. I unplugged it earlier today in order to do some deep cleaning. When I turned it on I got a black screen and the on light was fading in and out. The computer registered the device, but I still get a black screen.

The video card is fine, because I am able to the use the secondary monitor on the PC. I also verified that the HDMI cable is working because I used a spare one to verify.

I would appreciate any help and ideas on what the problem is as well as make a determination on whether or not I am going to fix it.

Does the screen flash on at all when it is switched on and connected to a PC and black screen can you see a very dark image -perhaps try with a flashlight at an angle.

I apologize for the tardy reply. I took pictures last week, and they didn't look so hot, then life got in the way of thing. Here are the pics of the two boards. I noticed that someone circled a couple of the solder points in one of the boards. I'll include that in the pictures. Thanks for replying back to me.

I shot some new pics. I won't bother you if these pics are too blurry. I did notice two bulged out caps on the yellow inverter board however.

Ok we are going to have to refer to outsourced images as we can't make anything out at all.

First off replace those caps
