    SANYO DP42746 x-main problem?

Hello everyone! New guy here; on this site at least

I got my hands on SANYO DP42746. When plugged in, it did not turn on, not even LED. I took it apart and found all but one fuse were blown, so I replaced them. Caps look good . Then the TV powered on, but only for 3 seconds or so, and it shuts off. I have to re-plug the TV to get it to do the same thing. The voltages on PSU board are all OK. I have started to unplug one board at a time from PSU and found out that when X-Main is unplugged the TV no longer shuts off. The image is worthless, but it stays on. So of course I am thinking of replacing the X-Main (LJ41-02758A) and getting used one on eBay for $12.

Anything else I should check or consider?
    Thanks, Peter

I would say you probably have an X-main fault then. You can make sure by checking for shorted components on the X-main.
