Samsung DLP vertical bars with colored lines

I have a Samsung HL-P5674W 56" DLP TV that is exhibiting video problems. Two years ago I replaced a shattered color wheel and had been working perfectly until a few weeks ago, in which a series of equally spaced vertical bars full of colored horizontal lines showed up faintly. It has gotten worse, and is now impossible to view content on it, with all these vertical bars that are full of colored horizontal lines in them. The spacing between the bars is normal picture quality, and you can partially see the picture through the bars containing the mass of horizontal colored lines which are blocking out most of the picture in the bars. Anyone have any idea what could be the problem?

    Samsung UN46C8000XFXZA vertical bars/horizontal lines
    by x_orange90_x
I posted about this previously but didn't get any response, and I have some troubleshooted a bit so I have more info.

The screen is full of horizontal "gaps" or lines that distort the picture badly, and after about 10 seconds of powering it on the screen starts to fill with red vertical bars that take on the horizontal pattern. After the screen filled with the red bars, they instantly vanished and then slowly started to reappear. I initially thought it was tab bonding failure, but after getting down to them and pressing each one I find zero change in the picture. I went...

Colorful LCD Vertical Lines on Samsung ue55es8090
    by Falki
Hello there, ive recently found an older 55inch Samsung SmartTV.
Sadly it has vertical lines at the left and one line in the middle-right.

I have already tested out the connections and have looked at the soldered ribbons of the LCD panel to see if some contacts got loose by pushing them a bit but with no success.
I have factory resetted the TV as well but also with no luck.

I am afraid that it is indeed a LCD Panel issue but there are NO scratches or any impact-marks..

A similar issue has been posted as well but also with no actual response ...

    Screen Display Vertical Multicolor Lines
    by Stanley1843
Hello, I have a screen in where sometimes when I open it pop-up vertical multicolor lines (I would say the most of them are green). If I tun off and turn on the screen the lines dissapear or if I leave open the screen after approximately five minutes the lines gone. I measured the below voltages on the main PCB and on the T-CON board and the voltages are the same when it doesn’t display the vertical lines and when it displays the vertical lines. Also, I cleaned all the connectors very good with IPA. I moved back and forth the connectors and the COF tabs but the vertical lines didn't displayed...

Colored Vertical lines on Samsung UN55C6400RF TV
    by Maverick1234
    Hi,
I have a Samsung 55inch TV (UN55C6400RF). It has started showing colored vertical lines. I have opened the TV and the power board had one pin (out1-) which is discolored (Model # bn44-00358b). Can this be bad or is it the T-Con board (Model # D03464E0J09B6012066). Any recommendations on diagnosing the issue?

    Thanks,
    Sanjay

Thin stable coloured vertical lines on Samsung UN65NU6900FXZC come and go
    by polaro
    Greetings,

I've bought a used Samsung UN65NU6900FXZC LED TV. It worked fine for some time and then developed, at first, a single very thin (1 pixel) vertical stable blue line, from top to bottom, close to the left edge of the screen. Now it's 3 lines on the left. When I connect HDMI sources the number of the thin lines grow. After disconnecting and cold discharging I am back to 2 lines. The lines disappear at a rate of 15-20 minutes per line. So it does not look like a damaged LED panel. Any advice? Thanks...
