If I understand Sharp Tvs correctly, if there is an issue which forces it in to a power protect mode, turning it on and off 5 times or more will throw it in to a mode where the back light will not turn on, I had this with an old Sharp LCD and only entering the service menu would resolve it, of course I could not see this so the correct presses on the remote were needed. I'm sure if your just a little more patient some one will give you more clarity.

The problem is that the power supply PSC 10189DM PKG1 does not release the current to the screen!

When you connect the circuit the relay will pup without stooping and then the current Which goes to the red of the screen will not start, is there any replacement tools needed for this board so that the current goes to the screen?

Did you try Alastair's suggestion? Note on some Sharp sets you need to unplug them, hold the buttons then plug them in; others, you need to turn them off using the "soft off" button (which should make the standby light go off), hold the buttons, then press the "soft off" button again (to turn it on into standby) then press the power button to turn it on. You need 3 hands...!

Yes I've tried Alastair's solution but unfortunately the sharp does not turn up. on check the attached picture that i took, I think the problem is with the board if you check the picture above that i have uploaded you will see the area with the red lines are the one having problems

                Re: LC46XD1E repair

There could be many reasons why this is not working.

You need to do things methodically. Check that PSU board where the leads go to the Mainboard.
One or two of those leads will be marked, 5V

                Is that 5V present?

The Mainboard makes the PSU Turn On,--But only if the ever present 5V is actually supplied to the Mainboard in the first place!

I can make NO sense of your picture or the 82V you speak of.....

                  Re: LC46XD1E repair

Yes the 5 volts are present but the problem is with those 2 capacitor marked with "red circles on the picture" 1 capacitor have 100v but when they are active they releasing only 82v!

                    Re: LC46XD1E repair

That is only a voltage rating that the component is designed to withstand. Theyc can use put less than 100V across them.
