Whats hte switch on main board that turns on tv?

IS there a opt of mosfet of some sort that communicates with power board to turn on or is the mosfet for this on the power board?

There's a processor that sends a signal which may control a FET/BJT/other device to pass a logic signal to the power supply. This signal then controls other components on the power supply to enable it.

Thanks Tom, a follow up question should the relay click on and power the other boards when the main board is not connected?

I was under the impression you needed to jumper the M_ON & Standby

"Pin 18 is grounded on the Main board. If this line is floated, the SMPS turns on
Automatically when AC is applied."

That's the AUTO GND, it is a built in self test. Normally, the main board controls power sequencing via M_ON, RL_ON, and others (may or may not be present)
