This is my first post in this section and i hope that i will be get knowledge and help from experts because i am laptop technician.
today i have received a sony LED TV KDL32X650 for repairing .
the TV is dead no standby LED showing
i checked some measurement on PSU on CN6401 ..i received only 3.3v i think which is standby voltage and study some thread related and got a matching schematic not same but matching.
no other votage on CN6401 except 3.3v.
i checked the voltage on IC (A3810m) VCC pin 19 which have 3 volts only and this pin also showing with ground 15ohms which i think showing short. i disconnect only the VCC pin from circuit now that line receiving 12 voltage and no short circuit showing but the disconnected pin of IC still showing 15 ohms with ground pin which i think yhe IC internally short but what you experts are suugest....
the attachecd diagram is matching not same because in the diagram used IC CXA3809M which little different VCC PIN and also different PCB codes.

please help regards ic cxa3810m on primery side on PS board?is this is faulty 15ohms VCC pin with GND pin as detail said above.please help

cxa3810m has the same pinout as cxa3809m?
Lift up VCC off the board and check the resistance across filter caps C6113, c6322 to see if it still show 15 Ohms.

Thanks for your reply sir,
As you said i lifted thhe VCC pin from PCB now the 15ohms resistance not showing on PCB or across the c6322 but lifted of the IC still showing 15 ohms resistance with GND pin.and also receiving 12volts on C6322 but when connect VCC pin of the IC thhe volts come down to 3 voltage.

The resistance between the VCC pin (lifted) and the Gnd pin should not be 15 Ohms for sure, so you do have internal problem inside the IC.

OK..i want to know about out put volts on secondary side of PS on standby condition.
please guide me is there any volts should be present except 3.3v.

Right now you will not have UNREG24V, REG12V which are generated by transformer T6302.
The IC6301 (CXA3809) is the muti-function for the PFC Voltage booster circuit, the SMPS for the UNREG24V, REG12V, it also does the AC DETECT function feeding the Main board.
When the power supply board receives POWER-ON (>2.5VDC) from the main board, the PFC Voltage and the 24V/12V will startup (the 12V/24V requires boosted Voltage from the PFC circuit to run.
It is complex setup, you should download the specification of the CXA IC to learn how it functions.
