    I run a business card between contacts. It is slightly abrasive. The contacts have a silver coating and is best not to remove it. Then maybe some contact cleaner.
    I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

      Got my resistors in the mail yesterday. As of now my TV is up and running just fine!! We'll see how long it lasts. Thanks for the help guys.

        You can verify that the relay contacts are good or not by measuring the AC Voltage drops on that resistor you replaced, it should be 0 VAC if the relays contacts are good.
