Sceptre X322BV-HD*XVNO5 blue light only

My TV just suddenly went out. When you turn it on the blue light comes on only and then the only way to turn off is by unplugging TV.

there must be an error measuring the pins? You are gettn every where like 120V? Put the negative lead on the chassis ground, put the meter on DC Volts and probe those pins again.

Those readings are invalid.
What do you use for the GND ref. point?
Are the readings in mV, V?
Use your meter to check 1.5V batteries and tell us what you get.
