    LG 26LC42-zc image problem

    Hello, I have a bad problem with an LCD LG...The image is to white , and from menu is not working to change the intensity of light. Please firstly help me with a dump for this tv...I mention that I tried a 26LCD42 and it wasn,t work. My tv is 26LC42.
