    proscan plded3996a picture issue

guys I should probably know this already but I picked up this 39 inch proscan backlit LED TV that had a burned out led. Well I replaced it but it was on the right side what I noticed is that the from the right to the left the screen becomes a little dithered and darker than the left just very slightly. On this model the panel is made by AUO and the T CON is built on to the panel FRP boards. there are no adjustments on these boards: and I checked all tab bonds but it doesn't seem to be at a bond issue it just seems that the panel slightly starts to dIther out and get a little darker in to the left side. Is this a manufacturer's defect? The TV was obviously made cheap. Has anyone seen this before I'm attaching a picture with a black screen so you can see the difference. There's no smearing no artifacts in the screen seems to refresh at the same speed with no problems.
I should note that on the left side not only is a picture dithered but it also looks blotchy

Also where the tabs go into the panel there is no active cooling like a metal frame. The tabs are exposed! What a joke! You can even see them from the bottom of the tv with the cover bolted on !

Is this possibly a voltage issue to the panel? Firmware?

here is a good example of what it's doing grey picture. of course service menu has nothing for this and no change with changing bitrate or anything of the sort

Looks like Panel, I have a 32" version of this TV and I cannot for the life of me find a replacement mainboard.
