With some help from drussel I have finally been able to get a picture on this thing. He narrowed it down to a faulty Infineon ICE3BR0665JZ smps controller ic on the Y main. Freezing helps it come on.
But here is the problem now Vertical snow that changes with what's on screen.
Hoping it might be a bad connection on E & F buffers? Bad logic board or is it the COF on the tabs = bad panel.
Have not tried the pattern test to see if its still there. Will try when other Y main gets done freezing.

Man, that is typical of Samsung. Plasma or LCD, their panels just don't last.
