    Vistron ltm-4271e standby problem

    Hello all

I have a vistron TV which was stuck in standby and after replacing 5 caps it now comes out of standby but only when I've first plugged it in if I put it back into standby and try to turn it on the light will go green but no display I checked voltages and when it's on they all seem fine apart from standby voltage which is 2.6v and should be 5v when the lights green but Theres no display 12v reads as 0v same for 5v and standby. Any ideas? Sorry about the long sentence I'm on a phone. Thanks in advance

maybe try unplug standby connector from power supply board to main board and see if you then have 5v at power supply, careful when working with power supply, HIGH VOLTAGE.

      LCD TV Green/Pink screen problem
      by jimjoe123
I have a Dick Smith 37" LCD TV, Model GE6804. I am using it as PC extended monitor only.

Problem is while watching tv, I hear a semi loud click(like a electrical breaker tripping due to overload, just sound like it but no actual electrical overload), then screen is covered with green or pink. I can still see the original picture image but overlayed by green or pink. See attached images. Pink.jpg is what I see, and Normal.jpg is before green or pink screen, What I captured was pink screen, but about 80% of time it's green and 20% of time it's pink.

      Then each time...

      Yamaha TSX 120 Standby Problem
      by psssst
Hello forum. I've recently been given a Yamaha TSX 120 DAB radio and ipod dock. Its working well however when put on standby its using 6.3 watts. The manual states less than 1 watt on standby. I measured this with a plug in monitor which seems accurate with other items. In use it uses around 7.5 watts. Firstly has anyone who owns a similar radio also got a plug in monitor to check if this is normal with this unit? In the first half a second the monitor shows 0.3 watts which I suspect is what it should use but something is switching it to be almost fully powered. I've searched the manual for eco...

Problem with LG Plasma 60PM6700 - Random power downs
      by theone111
I have an LG Plasma TV 60PM6700 for the past ~12 years.

In the last ~3-4 months I have been having some issues.
      1. Problem: It started with random picture disappearing (sound still worked).
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait a few seconds before turning it on again.
      2. Problem: Then it got worse and the TV started to shut down and when turning on the no picture just sound.
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait about 10-20 seconds and turn it on again to solve.
      3. Problem: TV shuts down

      Thinkpad X1 Carbon "LMQ-1MB 12298-2 48.4LY26.021" VCC3M problem

      i have a problem with thinkpad X1 carbon gen 2 "LMQ-1MB 12298-2 48.4LY26.021"
The laptop was turned off because the MOSFET was not transmitting voltage. After checking it turned out that the gate pin on the MOSFET was the problem, because it was producing an inappropriate voltage. and it was discovered that the problem was with the Think engine, so I decided to reprint each pin, and finally the mosfet could work properly. However, there is another problem, even though the voltage has been supplied to the laptop, it still won't turn on, there isn't even an LED indicator. After double...
