Definitely not. The VT25 is a 3D model and completely different as they have an additional digital board that connects to the A board and then to the SC and other buffers. The PCB shown is a TNPH0835, you need TNPH0786AK, not even the same PCB.

You can see it only has 1 ribbon connector, yours has 3

What would work that is in stock? I'd prefer not to have to send it in to moduspts as I don't know how long it will take them to fix or even if they will be able to do it.

Pretty sure they can and turnaround seems ok by reports. Quite a few have with boards unavailable, can't remember a bad report yet.

just rarely cheap the A board repair.

what's your soldering skills like with SMD chips?

            closest you'll get is

            50"

            http://www.ebay.com/itm/TNPH0786AJ-T...item2346cc4e77

then needs 4 of the eeproms swapped to make it the same as yours keeping in mind a bad one may be causing the 1 blink.

By the time you did that and possibly have to purchase new eeprom or two, not going to be much cheaper than Modus with a wty.

have you worked out exact version board you have?

On this model it would be PD3 and IC9303 would be the equivalent .

I have no way of helping you work out if it's that or something else unless you had another board of 2009 whose flash could be swapped for a test.

And that is the depth of my knowledge. I got the same PCB , same resolution from a different market, different size and successfully swapped the eeproms to make it my old board except when i transferred one of the eeproms, the 1 blink arrived.

And that's the trap with the eprom swap, you may end up with the same issue in which case if you know which one did it you would order a new one pre-flashed.

good to see you're having a good read, just I have not gone that deep.
I know this is bumping a very old thread, but I just wanted to report that I just had a TC-P50X1 that had the 1 blink problem. I found an A board on Ebay that had the 9 blink problem. I swapped IC9303 from the 9 blink problem board into the 1 blink problem board and now the original 1 blink problem board boots and the TV works great (for a 9 year old TV). Just another data point that IC9303 can certainly fix the 1 blink problem. It might not be the only cause of it, but it can certainly contribute. Thanks for the suggestion tw2005!
