Samsung LE40M87BD blinks 6x then starts normal ?

Samsung LE40M87BD

Had the click issue

Recapped the main caps.

Fitted ne epprom

Still had issues

then went over some solder joints on the psu.

Now it seems to work..

Just blinks 6 times then turns on
IS the blinking normal ?

I would think so but I don't have that set. I have seen other Sammies that blink before the backlight comes up and they worked fine.

Normal operation! Some sammies boot up slower then others!

Yep, agreed with the above, all perfectly normal. I've seen some Sams take 4 flashes, others 6 or 7 flashes, just the way it is.

Note that Samsung does not use error codes on the power light - so the number of flashes would never mean anything anyway. I agree with everyone above, completely normal.
