Phillips 42pf5521d/10 Buzzing when on whites.

Had a few plasma's in this week 1 Hitachi with bad contacts causing lines on the screen, 1 Samsung full of failed samxon gf and finally this one the phillips 42pf5521d/10 that was having shutdown and standby issues repaired by replacing a few of the smd capacitors and the set returned to normal, but im still not happy with it and don't want to send it back to the customer this is the first time and hopefully last time I come across this issue when the screen is displaying large portions of white there is a loud buzzing noise coming from the psu I can sort of determine where its coming from (one of the smaller transformers next to the switching section). I have read up that it could be due to thermal expansion on one of the components but it does it when the set is cold and when its warm after being on for a while, any ideas I will upload some photos of the psu when I get my camera back. Any feed back would be much appreciated thank you.

Fixed issue by reordering small transformer by switching section.
Area that buzzing was coming from pictured.

      PowerMac G5 ACBel 614-0303 buzzing
      by dcbw
The PSU works, but shortly after powering on (either in the G5, or by shorting the power-on pin to ground) it begins buzzing loudly. It also makes the LED lights connected to the same circuit flicker. It's definitely a buzzing, not a high pitched whine.

The buzzing seems to come from the high voltage side of the board, perhaps from the white relay. Could the relay be bad, or could the 5V supply be bad enough that it's unable to keep the relay on? Any pointers to help isolate the issue? Thanks!

      HP1955L Buzzing noise & interference
      by stvhop
Hello, This is my first post so please forgive me if I miss out some vital info.
I have a problem with my HP1955L monitor from 2005.
The first thing to say is that it is still basically working, ie the picture is fine.
However it makes an electrical buzzing sound. I know all monitors make some some of hum, but this is louder and more of a buzz.
The volume of the noise seems to be dependent on how hard the monitor is working; switched on with a blank screen -> no sound; small dialog (like OSD only) -> minor buzzing; full screen picture -> loud buzzing.

      Hanns-G HG281D - LCD Monitor - Low B/L voltage and loud buzzing...
      by reessi
The pics are off the other really long thread as they are much clearer than my phone will do.

      The fault:

In standby there is no buzzing.
After signal input and turn on, a loud buzzing is emitted from the main transformer, no backlight.

It is because the 24v line is at 21v irrespective of whether the inverter is plugged in. There is a picture on the screen.

If you wait long enough the buzzing stops and the 24v line changes to 24v and the inverter comes on.

I have checked every single cap on the psu and logic board by un-soldering...

Ipad 8th gen logic board making buzzing noises

Just to ask what could possibly be causing the logic board to make low buzzing sounds? Thanks.
