Does anyone have the schematic for the BN44-00264B, the voltage at the big caps does not change from 158V when the power is turned on. Should I assume that the FET's are not turning on?

I should also mention that the TV powers on but there is no backlight, I disconnected the connector to the Power Board to test this. Both fuses were fine. -
