Smart tv Zephir no imagine

Hi guys i have this kind of smart tv , audio is present , backlight is present too but no picture. I measured voltage on the pannel and seems OK.. but I'm not sure about that, I'll post the measurements. Thanks for the reply

You did everything correctly, the panel went into test mode, if there are no defects in the image, then the problem is either in the cable itself or in the motherboard (firmware, processor, dc/dc converters, ...).

take out the heatsink from the SoC and show here good photo of it and around

The radiator here isn't easy to remove; it's held in place by four pins soldered to the back of the motherboard. Without experience, you could ruin the motherboard.

start to clean the SoC and all around with alcohol , look in my eyes moister was under the heatsink

after you clean around and be sure no crack at any SMD Soldering Parts, put glue paper which used for wall or can painting over all the soc and 2 CM round it, cover them with 2 Layers of the glue paper,, and use your hot air gun only heat the area i marked until the paper burn to brawn black
